NEWS
“It is now possible to carry out preliminary tests in accordance with EN 17235:2024.
The standard was harmonised in February 2026 and represents an important step forward for the anchorage systems industry.
Manufacturers will be required to perform type testing and complete all the necessary procedures to obtain CE marking by August 2027.
At present, there are no notified bodies accredited to issue certifications; however, preliminary tests can already be carried out to assess compliance in advance and identify and resolve potential issues at an early stage.”
